I've Lost Confidence

Do you really feel less free because of the Patriot Act? Truly? Keep in mind, the government has been monitoring you like this since the 1920s and we’ve always been oblivious to it for a reason. The only thing the Patriot Act did is make that public and fully legal. They do more monitoring than you still know or ever will. It’s what they do. NSA, the CIA, the FBI, they’re always watching, listening, etc. not to limit your rights, but rather to protect and keep you safe. I’ve never felt like I’ve been big brothered and I know you haven’t either.
